No more travel vouchers after flight cancellation?
Was due to fly to Sofia beginning of March for a week but got a message to say the flight was cancelled. Not ideal but these things happen so no big drama. On the message they sent it offered a travel voucher for the cost of these flights and this would have been my first choice. However, upon calling up the platinum line, I was told they were not issuing travel vouchers so it would have to be a refund. Thought it might have been a mistake by PL rep so asked another one I had reason to talk to yesterday - no mistake I was told.
So refund being processed now - anybody know how long does this normally take to go through and into your account?
