Got room service a couple of nights as the restaurants were all booked - make sure you do some reservations if you want to eat out. Niseko historically doesn't have enough restaurants for the amount of people that visit and a lot of places are still short staffed. Room service had a decent variety of dishes from the restaurants.
Thank you for your update! I'm heading there soon. How far in advance would you suggest we make reservations for restaurants on property? Day of? Day before? Did you happen to see if they offer equipment/ski/snowboarding rentals? Do you know if the ski/snowboarding instructors get booked up quickly?
