A few months back I was in an extremely long security queue at T4 on a Y-ticket to Athens. Had my Gold tag on my wheely bag. After a few minutes a BA person was hovering around the queue. She looked at my bag, then asked to see my boarding pass and stuck a fastrack sticker on it.
It's small things like that, that help win loyalty!
