In Penang , we usually stay at E & O , in the new wing .. “ Victory “ the past few visits , late April we might also try The Granite Luxury Hotel .. might be closer to food joints others want to try .
Rasa Sayang & some others , we stayed eons ago

Then in Ipoh , we have stayed at Banjaran ( with own limestone caves , etc ) before borders closed , doubt any real luxury in the area . Great food though
