I've booked a few tickets with TAP over the years, and they've always been an absolute nightmare to do. Often required a separate incognito browser window, and regularly run into javascript issues around seat selection. A couple of times just died almost at the end and had to start again.

But, my flight experiences have been good, and if you consider the prices I'm paying on TAP, they've really been very good. Only one issue, which was complete lack of communication and information at LIS with a delayed flight and gate changes and connection issues. All survivable.

The win though - earlier this week, I booked some one ways from EU back to the US and for the first time ever, the entire booking experience was flawless. I don't say good - the process is painful - but everything worked. Never happened before.
