I can't imagine they'd know if you left the airport once you checked into the hotel, then once you return the hotel is in the normal transit part of the airport so there isn't a reason you can't just go right back in.
That's my thinking as well, but knowing how the world is and how weird rules can be, I wanted some confirmation. Hopefully the hotel provides it.
