I tried flights originating in LAX and ATL on DL hardware and a DL Connection flight out of CVG, but the survey program reported that the flights "were not in its database". Finally, I tried a CVG to LAX flight and the program accepted that. So, you may have to try various flights before you get one the program will accept.
