The mess around TSUs seems very odd.

This is my first year with them for ages and it seems to be a complete mess.

Some you see reflected in the system as a suite
Sometimes it works but you don’t see any sign of it
Sometimes it will not work for no reason
Sometimes when it does work Hyatt forgets to take off your TSU

It all seems very out of character given my otherwise reliable experience with Hyatt. It’s as if hotel chains almost deliberately try to screw up the benefits they reserve for their most valuable customers (speaking particularly as a Bonvoy survivor).
