Just saw this for flights tomorrow (Sat Dec 18th)

BMI from LHR-AMS, out at 7am, back at 2pm, £7 each way plus something obscene like £44 in taxes, but this might be useful if you're just a few points short of year end targets...

And marginally less fun (but a few ££'s cheaper) is LHR-MAN or vv on Sun for £50 all in...
