But it's true that AA is responsible to transfer bags to TK and TK would not pick them up from Terminal 3 for courtesy. While the OP needs to file a lost luggage complaint with TK, the bag seems to be under AA's control and in order for TK to deliver the bags, AA has to hand bags to TK first.
