The regulations changed about a year ago. If you scroll back through the thread, you'll see I spent several MONTHS fighting with them, and eventualy the PNR was just notated that they'd just tell me to basically bugger off every time I called. I think the status, today, is basically this: IF you are EXTREMELY lucky, you MIGHT find an agent who will do it, but 99.99% of the agents will quote the rule to you and do nothing. QR's official position appears to be that no, this won't be done, period. So try it a few times if you want, but your expectation should be to ticket this through some other means... quite literally, for your own sanity.
