Lounge access is still granted upon your connecting flight class of service,yes You will still be able to visit the Al-Safwa lounge with a ticket where one leg is in First class, no matter if it's regional F or longhaul F.
Thank you! I did not know this. My flights are booked by our corporate travel agent. I'll have to check what my fare class is for DOH-LHR. Which is actually on BA metal.
I've heard of ITA matrix but don't really know much about it or ever used it. I start on my learning curve for this next.
