the 13th is a personal deadline as after that I have work that I can't get out of.

OK, so fly premium return to London 180 TPs + 2 BA Metal, Book business return to Manchester (positioning flight) 80 TP's + 2 BA Metal, then book BA Holiday MAN-LHR-INV, gives double TP's (160*2 = 320) + 4 BA Metal. So a total of a total of 580 TP's + 8 qualifying flights for £2073. I know you are short 15 points, but you have 5 days to kill in Inverness, so you can fly business return to London for an extra 80 points (at £300), or anywhere else you desire that gets you the extra 15 points. Oh for the holiday you would need to book a hire car or hotel. But doable in your budget and timeframes.
