OK I give up. Looking on the app in my iPad it looks like maybe I AM on the list? On iPhone and desktop, C+ request is not grayed out. And if I click save it’ll either say “processing” and time out (web) or “request cannot be processed at this time” (iPhone). This is the first time I’ve pulled up reservation on iPad. And as I stated, I called Delta today and the agent simply said that because C+ was full, I could not get on the upgrade list.
