It’s not letting me get on the C+ upgrade list either online or on the app. I think I’ll do what the poster above you suggested and call back. It didn’t occur to me until after I hung up today that it seemed ridiculous that they would not put me on the list because the cabin was currently full. What does it matter to DL to put me on a list? There would be almost no use for an upgrade list at all if it closed any time the cabin appeared full. Again, I am pretty sure this is a futile endeavor, but I’d like to at least be on the list if there’s any small chance of an upgrade!
