english speaking staff are friendly but the others ain’t. The offering at grand club has a variety but not a wide spread, it was super busy tho and the kitchen were overwhelmed with all the refillings. Lots of families if this is a consideration.
concierge was superb. Housekeeping was average, asked for 10 hangers waited for 30 minutes and given 4.
