Checking through the conditions, there is a statement that if an applicant has or had previously had a card in the program, the SUB would not be credited.

If the situation appears negative, I am thinking of applying for one of the Capital One Venture cards (never had one), although Singapore is the only airline that I’d be interested in transferring points to, and none of the hotel transfer partners have any appeal.
