Chiming in here as cabin crew, the best thing is just a sincere face to face thank you maybe followed up with an online thank you or golden ticket. We are not allowed to accept monetary gifts, and we are well fed on board (my fridge contains multiple Aero and Kit-Kat Chunky loaded as crew food).
