Something does not add up. You had 6 eVouchers between you and wanted to upgrade two seats, one for you and another for your partner. Unless you were upgrading PE (booking class G or E) to Business or upgrading a shorthaul flight you needed 4 eVouchers in all. What was the route you were upgrading? Were you expecting the agent would deduct 2 vouchers from one account to upgrade one seat and one from yours and one from your partner’s account to upgrade the second seat? And leaving 2 vouchers in your partner’s account? How many seats have been upgraded? As others have already pointed out pooling eVouchers is not possible. Do you now have one eVoucher each in your accounts? But you were hoping to upgrade two more seats? For 2 vouchers each which you don’t have….?
