a) 2 hour layover upon landing in DEN before the bus leave
-- looks like it leaves from A-terminal vs most flights in B
-- luggage gets automatically transferred
b) Advice on seat selection - can I pick a seat?
-- it looks like 2-1 seating
c) The ride is scheduled for 2:40
-- is this predictable?
d) Options for getting dropped off somewhere other than the place in Breck an option
e) food and drink?
f) looks like you get PQS/PQP
does this count toward life-time BIS miles?
(how much? 500 min?)
any other thoughts and experiences on this?
I've done it... I think it's a good alternative to CME/Epic shuttle but obviously the schedule is pretty limited.
The bus will depart from a high-B gate now that UA has left the ground-level gates at A. I was generally the only person (or one of a few) on the bus the times I've ridden, so in practice it was open seating. Luggage is automatically transferred. The drive can be a little faster than scheduled, depending on weather and traffic. There is no provision for drop-off elsewhere. No food or drink on the bus the times I've ridden, but you can bring on anything you'd like. In the back there is a little snack station but I've never seen it in use. There is a restroom. PQP/PQS are awarded.
