WTP is pretty much standardised so yes, this aircraft type (77H) does have leg and foot rests, with the variation noted above for row 30 only. Because WTP is relatively small on 77H, it would be possible you may be upgraded or pay for an upgrade, in which case it is Club Suites for all 77H aircraft. There again aircraft types can and do change, particularly within the 777 fleet.
