Absolutely brand new to this and trying to get my head around ITX etc but hoping someone can help me I am bronze on BA fly to LHR from GLA monthly with work Economy I usually get an option to upgrade for £89 per sector however this as I have been told is expensive per TP so can anyone help me get a tier point run that would get me roughly 420 tier point to maintain bronze and move to silver, I only want lounge access what a good route to take can I do it in a day or so?

A flight from GLA-LON-BUC and then back again (might be tricky with times) would get you 240 tier points, so it's quite short of your goal. The easiest way would be to do a >5 day south/east European trip from Scotland via Heathrow with a hotel booking which would get you easily above the threshold as you get double tier points.
420 is a lot to try to get quickly without going on a long-haul trip or at least overnight with several stops each way.
