777 business class 5th row is actually the first row of the second business class section in the plane. First section of the business class has 4 row than there is galley and then another saloon with 3 row of seats. Hence, Row 5 window seat block must be related to baby basinet. If no passenger with a baby would take them then you can get those seats during airport check in (not sure about online), or worst case you can swap to those seats while you are in the plane (if no one occupying)
This is correct, 5A/5K are reserved for infants as they have a bassinet space in front, and if an infant with two parents books a seat on that flight, it is likely that TK would move the passenger at 5B/5J to another seat.
