1. Thought that the sequence (on paper) is OK.
2. Passengers seem to disregard the announced groups-Need "training". Example: Family with youngest kid around 4yo boarded after the disabilities group-They were not seated in First Class.
3. Gate Agent was not enforcing the announced sequence
Alaska Airlines cannot directly change behavior in #2. It can change it indirectly by having the Gate Agent enforce the "rules"
As First Class passenger, I did not get the feeling of being a Priority Passenger in the scrum.
Only time I have seen a GA enforce boarding was a few weeks ago in Raleigh. Kicked quite a few out of the PRI line.
