Good to know. I have stayed at Conrad Tokyo a couple of times pre-COVID and have had good luck with complementary suite upgrades. I have not stayed at PHT before so I can’t comment. Do you think it would be helpful to reach out to both of these hotels to see if I could pay extra for confirmed upgrades in advance? Thanks!
