Since December I've had 3 stays at PH and 2 stays at Conrad. Conrad bumped me to a Bay View for one stay (which I don't really consider an upgrade) and no upgrade for the second. I was offered a suite for ¥7000 per night which is not a terrible deal but not a comp upgrade. Park Hyatt bumped me to a King Suite for two stays and King Deluxe for the 3rd. Never once been granted a 4pm checkout at Conrad. YMMV.
