Out of their control? I think it is and IT SHOULD BE very much in the control of LX to decide what is part of their "product"! First class with the price tag LX decides to charge should be a luxury product without compromises and not a window of opportunity for any unknown brand which probably pays LX to give out their samples in F...
How about adding these products to C amenity kits?
