Deutsches Museum is the tech&science museum, but has no specific reference to 1993-45 as such. Their branches in Schleisheim and Theresienwiese have tons of exhibits on the massive German technological & manufacturing developments in the 20s and 30s that eventually enabled Germany to start WWII. Most museums (like BMW) have a section detailling the forced labor that German industry used during the war.
