Deutsches Museum is
the
tech&science museum, but has no specific reference to 1993-45 as such. Their branches in Schleisheim and Theresienwiese have tons of exhibits on the massive German technological & manufacturing developments in the 20s and 30s that eventually enabled Germany to start WWII. Most museums (like BMW) have a section detailling the forced labor that German industry used during the war.
The nsdoku museum (on the site of the former Nazi party HQ) currently has an interesting digital exhibit on the forced labor camps:
