Immediate Family Member Death - BA Holiday
Hello - obviously a sad time in our family - and never nice to have to manage this sort of thing. But, immediate family member has died in Finland. We had a flights (Club World)+car booking booked to San Franscico from Inverness.
Two preferred outcomes
1. Cancel
2. Change origin to Helsinki or London - happy to pay for this.
I'm aware the general conditions of carriage read:
a member of your immediate family dies and; you have supplied us with a copy of the death certificate,. we may decide to change your tickets
Is it any different on with BA Holidays?
