TK lost luggage during LHR transit

Long story. Basically I had a connection in LHR from AA194 to TK1932, and then another connection in IST to TK1369 with final destination MLA. The luggage can't be checked through so AA was holding my bags at LHR baggage service center in T3 during my transit. When I checked in with TK in LHR T2 airside, I showed the luggage tags to the agent and they attached the bags to my TK flight after working out some system issues. I double checked with the gate agent before boarding and they said no problem. However after my flight took off LHR, the Bluetooth trackers in my bags showed that they were still in LHR T3. I checked with TK ground agent in IST as soon as I landed but they said everything is fine and my bags will arrive in MLA. Except they didn't.

I filed a lost report with TK at the airport and now they are still tracing the bags after 2 days. I called AA about the incident and they told me that my bags were given to TK ground agents in LHR T2 yesterday. The Bluetooth trackers can verify that as the location history moved from LHR T3 to T2 and still there now. I don't know what is going on here.

I called TK baggage service multiple times and they just keep saying that there is no update from their ground agents in LHR. I submitted a complaint to TK customer relationship but they replied saying they can't handle the issue.

I'm very disappointed with TK and totally lost confidence in their ground staff in LHR. I feel that it might not be a simple lost or delay luggage issue. What are my options now to recover my bags?
