“Observations
- Laksa was delicious and popular
- Lack of crew manpower very evident with only 4 crew serving 46 passengers.
- with 1 crew assembling meal per aisle, leaving one crew only to serve food and drinks without use of cart to 23 passengers quite slow and inefficient and frazzled
- suggestion - ask for condiments for the Hainan Chicken Rice to be separately as the soy sauce spilled over to the rice and made it very salty!”
