If DL is not up to enforcing the 3 hour limit equally against all DL passengers at the O/D points on ticketed itineraries, I would like to know if that’s DL’s official policy, a rogue practice, or if they’ve put an end to it so that not “all animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others” when it comes to the 3 hour limit.
