I've stayed at both properties in the last month and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Conrad. Its an excellent hotel.
Conrad pros: Club lounge with evening cocktail hour, faster internet, and although Shiodome itself is an unusual location it is closer to Shimbashi station than PH is to Shinjuku.
PH pros: Much nicer and less occupied spa, slightly more personalized service, late checkout and comp ugrades not generally offered to Hilton Diamonds.
