The SFO lounge has a small playroom for little kids. It's not much, but if you're 2-4 years old, it might be your favorite place at the airport.
Perhaps this is a topic for a different thread, but when did lounges become so child friendly? A decade ago, they were usually just full of business travelers. I guess business travel is as low as its ever been, so the lounges need to appeal to other types of travelers now.
