I’ve 2 award booking on CX using AA miles. Got 2 emails directly from CX saying flight cancelled and rebooked to another flight - which is ok. I could see the flight displayed in CX manage my booking page but indicate not yet tickets. I could retrieve the same booking from AA site, did say ticketed, but it says flight could not be display e.g. no details. Do I need to contact AA to re-issue the tickets or just wait and AA will do this automatically?
I would contact AA to make sure it's re-ticketed ok.
