Got into a fender bender almost a year ago on a domestic 1 day rental, filled out an incident report and gave Avis info, but they never reached out or contacted me for payment or sent me any info. Is it normal to have such long delays in getting bill from Avis? Should I reach out, or just hope they forgot?
