I have Platinum status, and my wife has Titanium status.
I have 2 free night certs for 85K which I can top up to 100K.
Only hotels available on the nights that I plan to use is a Ritz Carlton.

If I booked, then add my wife as registered guest, will the welcome benefit rules apply to me or to my wife?

I wish Luxury Collection will open but alas, not on the days of our travel.
