Some of the lounges are actually quite decent in terms of food and some have local twists. Chicago hot dogs at ORD. Kringle and brats at MKE. Ironically, I found food at ATL pretty boring, DTW pedestrian and LGA hit-or-miss but getting better.
Sometimes it's the ability to relax and get work done especially if you have a late flight.
