I didn’t realise that POUG was possible on redemption’s.

Where should I see it? I don’t see to have the usual upgrade section I do with cash bookings.

ETA- found it by reverting to old style site. I just get the message ‘changes can’t be made to the booking online’ same as with BA Holidays bookings.
