Just thinking of all the ways that UA's understanding of their policy will differ from the customer's understanding of the policy

So Mom+Dad+child. Do both parents get seated with child or just one?
OR
Mom+Child1+Child2, do both children get seated with Mom?
OR
Mom+Child1+Child>12y, Mom is seated with child and older child is separated? Or both "children" together, mom separated

Either way, it all gets dumped on the GA if the customer is not happy and 99% of the time the GA will try to help.
