My wife and I had flights cancelled by Etihad (MAN-BKK) due to weather in January. We were flying J and were eventually booked onto Emirates flights for both legs the following day. Etihad however are refusing to award miles stating we flew with Emirates. I'm frustrated that as well as losing a days holiday we have lost our miles for our outward journey. I have no idea if under the T&Cs we are entitled to them. Any thoughts? Thanks.
