I'm slightly confused....does "Economy Plus" mean Premium Plus/Premium Economy seats (e.g., Row 20 widebody)? If so, does that mean E+ seats (rows 7+) are included or excluded? It appears from UA's own press release that E+ seats are excluded, but the release doesn't mention PE seats.

As for whether BE tickets should have been included or not, the logical choice would be not to include them, but the reality of a social media post of one photo of a scared child sitting between two dodgy looking adults.....
