The problem is that MH is not part of *A, so practically TK does not owe you any miles as such. You should be happy to even receive award miles (if anything you should have credited that flight to any OW airline).

A way to go is to call, tell the CSR that you have a feedback # and they will transfer you to customer service, from there you might be able to get further.
