2023 Feb (~4pm-6pm departure)

Dinner Served shortly after takeoff
  • To start:
    • seasonal salad, olive oil and balsamic vinegar;
    • crabmeat, apple, celery and pomegranate salad; and
    • Cha udon.
  • mains:
    • stir fried beef fillet with cordyceps flowers, kai lan and steamed jasmine rice; or
    • roasted chicken breast with thyme sauce; or
    • baked miso marinated sea bass with yuzu pepper miso sauce
  • To finish:
    • cheese selection;
    • seasonal fresh fruit
    • selection of Haagen-Dazs ice cream

Flown CX505 in mid-Feb in Y which was ~95% full. PEY seemed 100% full. Not sure about J loading. Two SPs working in my aisle were refined and efficient.
