Yes, it was said last July that Amex would develop a lounge at ARN. So I assume the Amex country manager responsible for the Amex Plat and Centurion products in Sweden had already known this was going to be an issue with the Pontus lounge.

The SAS Gold side of the lounge typically seems more packed when I’m around than the business side. Isn’t it long overdue that they just go down to making these lounge complexes just one big area for all lounge-entitled customers flying SAS (and Star Alliance carriers) instead of dividing it into a business side and a Gold side?
The Amex Pontus lounge at ARN is to close on the 18th of March, but they are also saying it will reopen in a different way on the 22nd (I think they mean March 22nd and not April 22nd). Already noticed a lower proportion of the used dishes in the lounge mention Pontus in the Air than used to be the case.
