I am so good with little (and older) children that by the end of the flight their adult family members or companions are invariably quite glad I refused to give up my aisle seat.

I need quick access to the lavatory because of my benign prostate hyperplasia, and will not hesitate to explain this in detail to those pressuring me to move elsewhere, citing the Americans with Disabilities Act, interspersed with frequent references to my children, nephews, and nieces, all delivered in the most friendly, smiling, and personable demeanor imaginable.

I will not be shamed!
