I doubt it (but not first hand experience). There is no general recognition of "silver" within Star Alliance, so TK is obliged to offer sliver members of other members anything.
It is interesting that Skyteam Elite ("silver") has better system vide luggage benefits then a *G on some *A airlines 🤯
