It depends how is is fared. If the ticket is as you indicate, a mixed cabin J-award on a single ticket all the way through without a fare break in LHR (ie you're on a business award fare and ATH-LHR is delegated into Y due to no J availability), then it should be encoded with the business bag allowance.
