Choices vary by flight and may include items like our turkey sausage & Tillamook® Cheddar breakfast sandwich for breakfast or a spicy grilled chicken sandwich for lunch and dinner. All lunch and dinner meals include dessert.

Start your meal with a fruit bowl or appetizer salad (depending on departure time), then choose between a hot entrée or our Signature Fruit & Cheese Platter. Entrées offered may include ranchero eggs with chicken chorizo sausage for breakfast or jerk chicken with cilantro lime rice served after 10:00 am. Lunch and dinner flights include mixed nuts and a dessert.

Flights to and from the East Coast and Hawaii will start with an appetizer, bread and butter, and choice of hot entrée or our Signature Fruit & Cheese Platter. Entrées include a winter squash & apple frittata for breakfast or braised top blade beef with fennel after 10:00 am. Regional touches include Ellenos Greek yogurt for breakfast on flights originating from the West Coast and Salt & Straw ice cream on all lunch and dinner flights.
