This might not be a site problem, but the fare for two adults one-way PBI-JFK is quoted at 38,900 TB points + $164.90. Looking at the fees, why are they charging a base fare on an award ticket?


I'm used to seeing <$20 in fees for an award ticket, so this is confusing me.

note to self: when i book with jetblue in the future, i will only look to book via cash. i dont wanna waste transferring points from credit cards only for the website to crash or have glitches. id prefer to have a seamless website working
